1. 事業者と基本方針

本プライバシーポリシーは、Fuji Bit Inc.（以下「当社」）が提供するスマートフォンアプリ「LUNG KILLER」（以下「本アプリ」）における、利用者の情報の取り扱いを定めるものです。

本アプリは、喫煙の記録を端末内だけで管理することを基本とします。アカウント登録はなく、当社が氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報などを取得することはありません。解析ツール（アナリティクス）による行動データの収集も行いません。端末外で情報が扱われるのは、(1) 広告の配信（Pangle）、(2) 不正利用防止のためのアプリの正当性確認（Firebase App Check）、(3) 利用者が任意で実行する「AI 肺イメージ図」の生成、の3つに限られます。

2. 端末内にのみ保存される情報

次の情報は、お使いの端末内（iOS / Android のローカルストレージ）にのみ保存され、当社や第三者へ送信されることはありません。

  • 今日の本数・累計本数・最終記録日
  • 日ごとの本数の履歴（直近90日分）
  • 「+1」を記録した時刻（直近90日分。履歴と分析画面の間隔表示や「前回の記録から」の表示に使用）
  • 1箱の値段（端末の地域設定に応じた通貨）
  • 日次リマインダーのオン／オフと時刻
  • パーソナライズ広告に関する選択（「広告の設定」）
  • AI 肺イメージ図の利用状況（その日の無料分を使った日付と、リワード広告の視聴で得た未使用の生成回数）

履歴と分析画面の平均・比較・間隔・年間予測・金額の換算などの計算は、すべて端末内で行われます。表示言語や通貨を決めるために端末の言語・地域設定を参照しますが、これらを送信することはありません。

3. 端末外で取り扱われる情報と利用目的

(1) 広告の配信（Pangle）：メイン画面と履歴と分析画面の下部に表示するバナー広告、および利用者が AI 肺イメージ図の追加生成のために自ら選んで再生するリワード動画広告（ボタンを押したときにのみ表示）の配信・表示、効果測定、不正防止のため、本アプリに組み込まれた Pangle の SDK が次の情報を Pangle に直接送信する場合があります。

  • 広告識別子（iOS の IDFA はトラッキングを許可した場合のみ／Android の広告 ID）
  • 端末情報（機種・OS・言語・アプリのバージョン等）
  • IP アドレス（およびそこから推定されるおおよその地域）
  • 広告の表示・クリック等の操作情報

(2) アプリの正当性確認（Firebase App Check）：当社サーバーが正規の本アプリからの利用のみを受け付け、不正利用や過大な費用の発生を防ぐため、Google の Firebase App Check を使用しています。アプリの起動時や AI 肺イメージ図の利用時などに、iOS では Apple の App Attest、Android では Google の Play Integrity API を通じて、端末とアプリが正規のものであることの証明（端末に関する識別情報を含みます）と、通信に伴う IP アドレスが処理されます。

(3) AI 肺イメージ図（任意）：利用者がこの機能のボタンを押したときに限り、累計本数から算出した描写の段階（0〜4 の整数）を当社のサーバー（Google Firebase Cloud Functions、東京リージョン）へ送信します。サーバーはその段階に応じたイメージ図を画像生成サービス Replicate（Replicate, Inc.）で生成し、画像の URL を返します。アプリはその URL から画像を取得して表示するため、その際に IP アドレスが Replicate の配信サーバーに伝わります。送信されるのは整数の段階のみで、本数そのもの・履歴・写真・氏名・連絡先等は送信しません。サーバーの動作記録（ログ）には、受け付けた段階の値とリクエストに関する技術的な情報が記録されます。AI 肺イメージ図は1日1回まで無料で生成でき、それ以上はリワード動画広告を1本最後まで視聴するごとに1回追加で生成できます（視聴は任意です）。また、過剰な利用を防ぐため、1日あたりの利用回数を、IP アドレスを復元できない形（ハッシュ値）に変換したうえで数えています。生成された画像を当社が保存することはありません。なお、このイメージ図は啓発目的で AI が描いたイラストであり、医学的な診断や実際の肺の状態を示すものではありません。

当社は、これらの情報を上記の目的以外に利用せず、販売することもありません。

4. トラッキングとパーソナライズ広告の選択

iOS / iPadOS：Apple の App Tracking Transparency（トラッキング許可）ダイアログを表示し、回答するまで Pangle の SDK を開始しません。トラッキングを許可し、かつ本アプリの「設定」>「広告とプライバシー」>「広告の設定」で許可している場合（初期状態は許可）のみ、パーソナライズされた広告が表示されます。「アプリにトラッキングしないように要求」を選んだ場合、IDFA は使用されず、パーソナライズされない広告が表示されます。どちらを選んでも、アプリの機能はすべてご利用いただけます。「広告の設定」はトラッキング許可ダイアログに回答した後に表示されます。トラッキングの許可は、iOS の「設定」>「プライバシーとセキュリティ」>「トラッキング」からいつでも変更できます。

Android：初回起動時に、パーソナライズ広告を表示してよいか（「許可する」／「許可しない」）を確認し、回答するまで Pangle の SDK を開始しません。「許可しない」を選んだ場合も広告は表示されますが、内容はパーソナライズされません。選択は本アプリの「設定」>「広告とプライバシー」>「広告の設定」からいつでも変更できます。この選択は端末内にのみ保存され、端末のバックアップや機種変更による移行の対象に含めません（新しい端末では改めて確認します）。

広告 ID のリセット・削除：Android では端末の「設定」（「Google」>「広告」、または「プライバシー」>「広告」など。機種・OS バージョンにより異なります）から広告 ID をリセット・削除できます。iOS ではトラッキングを許可しないことで、IDFA が本アプリに提供されなくなります。

5. 外部の事業者と各社のプライバシーポリシー

本アプリは、法令に基づく場合を除き、次の事業者以外に利用者の情報を提供しません。各社における情報の取り扱いは、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

6. 外国にある第三者への提供

上記の事業者は日本国外（シンガポール、米国など）に所在し、情報はこれらの国や各社がサーバーを置く国で取り扱われる場合があります。シンガポールには個人データ保護法（PDPA）が、米国には包括的な連邦法はなく州法（カリフォルニア州消費者プライバシー法など）や分野別の法令があります。各国の制度については、個人情報保護委員会が公表している情報もご参照ください。各社は、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに定める安全管理措置を講じています。

7. 保存期間

  • 端末内の記録：利用者が削除するかアプリをアンインストールするまで端末内に保存されます。日ごとの履歴と記録時刻は、直近90日分を超えた古いものから自動的に削除されます。AI 肺イメージ図の利用状況（無料分を使った日付・広告視聴で得た未使用の回数）は、アプリをアンインストールするまで保存されます。
  • 当社サーバーの動作記録：Google Cloud の既定の保存期間（通常30日程度）の経過後に削除されます。生成画像は当社では保存しません。
  • 利用回数の記録（ハッシュ化した IP アドレスと回数）：約2日で自動削除されます。
  • Pangle・Google・Apple・Replicate が取得した情報：各社のプライバシーポリシーに定める期間保存されます。

8. 端末内のデータの削除

  • 記録のリセット：本アプリの「設定」>「記録をリセット」で、今日の本数・累計本数・最終記録日・日ごとの履歴・記録時刻を削除できます（1箱の値段・通知設定・広告に関する選択・AI 肺イメージ図の利用状況は保持されます）。この操作は取り消せません。
  • アンインストール：本アプリを削除すると、広告に関する選択と AI 肺イメージ図の利用状況を含む端末内のすべてのデータが削除されます。

OS のバックアップ機能を有効にしている場合、喫煙記録と AI 肺イメージ図の利用状況が端末のバックアップに含まれることがあります（広告に関する選択は含めません）。バックアップ上のデータは、OS の設定から管理・削除してください。Pangle などの外部事業者が取得した情報については、各社のプライバシーポリシーに記載の窓口へお問い合わせください。

9. 端末の権限（カメラ・写真など）

本アプリが利用する端末の権限は、日次リマインダーのための通知と、通信（インターネット接続）および広告のための広告 ID の利用に限られます。現在の本アプリは、カメラ・写真ライブラリ・位置情報・連絡先・マイクにアクセスしません。v3.0 では、Android のカメラ権限（CAMERA）の宣言も削除しました。今後これらを利用する機能を追加する場合は、提供開始前に本ポリシーを更新し、その機能を利用者が開いたときに限り許可を求めます。

10. 子どもの利用について

本アプリは喫煙を記録するアプリであり、喫煙が法律上認められた年齢の成人を対象としています。未成年者を対象としたものではなく、当社が未成年者の情報を意図して取得することはありません。また、本アプリは喫煙を勧めるものではありません。

11. 安全管理

当社サーバーとの通信は暗号化（HTTPS）して行います。画像生成サービスの認証情報はアプリに含めず、サーバー側の Secret Manager で管理し、Firebase App Check により正規のアプリ以外からの利用を制限しています。端末内のデータは OS のアプリ領域に保存されるため、端末の画面ロック等による保護もあわせてご利用ください。

12. 本ポリシーの改定

本ポリシーは、機能の追加・変更や法令の改正に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページおよびアプリストアの掲載情報を更新してお知らせします。改定後のポリシーは、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

本ポリシー、情報の取り扱い、開示・訂正・削除等のご請求に関するお問い合わせは、下記までご連絡ください。なお、当社は喫煙記録を保有していないため、記録の削除は第8項の方法で端末上で行ってください。

1. Operator and overview

This Privacy Policy describes how Fuji Bit Inc. ("we") handles information in the smartphone app "LUNG KILLER" ("the app").

The app is designed to keep your smoking records on your device only. There is no account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location or similar information. We do not use analytics tools to collect behavioural data. Information is handled off the device only for three purposes: (1) ad delivery (Pangle), (2) verifying the app's authenticity to prevent abuse (Firebase App Check), and (3) generating the optional "AI lung illustration" when you choose to run it.

2. Information stored only on your device

The following information is stored only in local storage on your device (iOS / Android) and is never sent to us or to any third party:

  • Today's count, lifetime count and last recorded date
  • Daily count history (the most recent 90 days)
  • The time of each "+1" tap (the most recent 90 days; used for the interval statistics on the History screen and the "since last" timer)
  • Pack price (in the currency of your device's region)
  • Daily reminder on/off and time
  • Your choice about personalized ads ("Ad settings")
  • AI lung illustration usage (the date you last used the free daily image, and the number of images earned by watching rewarded ads that you have not used yet)

All calculations on the History & insights screen (averages, comparisons, intervals, yearly projection and money comparisons) are done on the device. The app reads your device's language and region settings to choose the display language and currency, but does not send them.

3. Information handled off the device, and why

(1) Advertising (Pangle): To deliver and display the banner ads at the bottom of the main screen and the History & insights screen, and the rewarded video ads you choose to play to unlock extra AI lung illustrations (shown only when you tap that button), measure ad performance and prevent fraud, the Pangle SDK built into the app may send the following directly to Pangle:

  • Advertising identifier (on iOS, the IDFA only if you allow tracking; the Android advertising ID)
  • Device information (model, OS, language, app version, etc.)
  • IP address (and the approximate region inferred from it)
  • Ad interaction data, such as impressions and clicks

(2) App authenticity check (Firebase App Check): To make sure our server accepts requests only from the genuine app, and to prevent abuse and excessive costs, we use Google's Firebase App Check. At app launch and when you use the AI lung illustration, an attestation that the device and app are genuine (which includes device-related identifiers) and the IP address of the connection are processed through Apple's App Attest on iOS and Google's Play Integrity API on Android.

(3) AI lung illustration (optional): Only when you tap this feature's button, the app sends a stage value (an integer 0–4, computed from your lifetime count) to our server (Google Firebase Cloud Functions, Tokyo region). The server generates an illustration for that stage using the Replicate (Replicate, Inc.) image-generation service and returns the image URL. The app then downloads the image from that URL, so your IP address reaches Replicate's delivery server. Only the integer stage is sent — never your raw counts, history, photos, name or contact details. Our server's operation logs record the stage value received and technical information about the request. One AI lung illustration per day is free; after that, each rewarded video ad you watch to the end unlocks one more (watching is optional). To prevent excessive use, we also count daily uses per IP address, stored only as a one-way hash from which the IP address cannot be recovered. We do not store the generated images. The illustration is drawn by AI for awareness purposes only; it is not a medical diagnosis and does not show the actual condition of your lungs.

We do not use this information for any other purpose, and we do not sell it.

4. Tracking and personalized-ads choices

iOS / iPadOS: The app shows Apple's App Tracking Transparency dialog and does not start the Pangle SDK until you answer it. Personalized ads are shown only if you allow tracking and also allow them under Settings > Ads & privacy > Ad settings in the app (allowed by default). If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", the IDFA is not used and non-personalized ads are shown. Either way, all features of the app remain available. "Ad settings" appears after you have answered the tracking dialog. You can change tracking permission at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Android: On first launch, the app asks whether personalized ads may be shown ("Allow" / "Don't allow") and does not start the Pangle SDK until you answer. If you choose "Don't allow", ads are still shown but are not personalized. You can change your choice at any time under Settings > Ads & privacy > Ad settings in the app. The choice is stored only on your device and is excluded from device backups and transfers to a new device (you will be asked again on a new device).

Resetting your advertising ID: On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in the device Settings (for example "Google" > "Ads" or "Privacy" > "Ads"; varies by device and OS version). On iOS, not allowing tracking means the IDFA is not provided to the app.

5. Service providers and their privacy policies

Except where required by law, the app does not provide your information to anyone other than the following providers. Please see each provider's privacy policy for how they handle information.

6. International transfers

The providers above are located outside Japan (e.g. Singapore and the United States), and information may be processed in those countries or wherever they operate servers. Singapore has the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA); the United States has no comprehensive federal privacy law but has state laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act) and sector-specific laws. Each provider applies the safeguards described in its own privacy policy.

7. Retention

  • On-device records: kept on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app. Daily history and tap times older than the most recent 90 days are removed automatically. AI lung illustration usage (the free-image date and unused ad-earned images) is kept until you uninstall the app.
  • Our server's operation logs: deleted after Google Cloud's default retention period (typically about 30 days). We do not store generated images.
  • Usage counts (hashed IP address and count): deleted automatically after about 2 days.
  • Information obtained by Pangle, Google, Apple and Replicate: retained for the periods set out in their privacy policies.

8. Deleting on-device data

  • Reset records: Settings > Reset records in the app deletes today's count, lifetime count, last recorded date, daily history and tap times (your pack price, notification settings, ad choice and AI lung illustration usage are kept). This cannot be undone.
  • Uninstall: deleting the app removes all of its on-device data, including your ad choice and AI lung illustration usage.

If OS-level backups are enabled, your smoking records and AI lung illustration usage may be included in your device backup (your ad choice is excluded). Manage or delete backed-up data from your OS settings. For information obtained by Pangle or other providers, contact the contact points listed in their privacy policies.

9. Device permissions (camera, photos, etc.)

The app uses only notifications (for the daily reminder), network access, and the advertising identifier (for ads). The current app does not access the camera, photo library, location, contacts or microphone. Version 3.0 also removed the Android CAMERA permission declaration. If we add a feature that uses any of these in the future, we will update this policy before it ships, and permission will be requested only when you open that feature.

10. Children

The app records smoking and is intended for adults of legal smoking age. It is not directed at minors, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. The app does not encourage smoking.

11. Security

Communication with our server is encrypted (HTTPS). The image-generation credentials are not included in the app; they are kept in Secret Manager on the server, and Firebase App Check restricts access to the genuine app. On-device data is stored in the app's OS-protected storage; please also protect your device with a screen lock.

12. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy when features change or laws are amended. For material changes, we will update this page and the app's store listings. Revised policies take effect when posted on this page.

For questions about this policy or our handling of information, or for requests for disclosure, correction or deletion, please contact us. We do not hold your smoking records, so please delete them on your device as described in section 8.
